Students who are ringleaders have leadership qualities that weââ¬â¢d be wise to nurture. We want them to use their talents for good instead of bad so we need to give them that opportunity. Sitting and being quiet is not appealing to a leader. E.g.: Then Iââ¬â¢m presenting a slide show, every five minutes or so weââ¬â¢d need it to be quiet so that groups of students could hear me and the slideshow. I had one student who I knew was going to have a hard time being quiet. So I made him the engineer. He was the one who pushed the button to start the recording and pressing the next slide show. It was totally quiet in my room. Instead of allowing B.H. to be the guy who ruined our class projects by yapping, he became our trusted engineer. He felt good about it and the class appreciated him for it. Sometimes if students have a problem with talking in the classroom, you might arrange your seats in groups rather than isolated tables so that learning can be more social and project based. â⬠¢When members of the groupà wonders around the classroom. Teachers who have students who have trouble wandering around the room might make those kids the paper or door monitors so they have a reason to wander and wander with a purpose thatââ¬â¢s productive for the classroom. â⬠¢Students who say ââ¬Å" I donââ¬â¢t careâ⬠Some students say they donââ¬â¢t care about missing out. I found it it is usually because they really do care. If it doesnââ¬â¢t bother students to miss out on your activities then your activities arenââ¬â¢t interesting for them, but because they are in my lesson because they chose to be that is usually not true. I try not to send students out of the room for misbehaving. A student often misbehaves because heââ¬â¢s boredâ⬠¦he then misbehavesâ⬠¦you send him away. Student got what he wanted. I try not to reward bad behaviour in this way. It diminishes your own power and gives another incentive to misbehave. As I stated earlier, I believe a good Classroom Management is the key to an environment where learning can take place and students can feel safe participating. I hope to create an environment that is conducive to learning and involves all my students. I believe the most important part of classroom management is not the behaviour problems but creating a good rapport with the students, encouraging them to succeed and setting high expectations for them. The Colonies Of The Late 1600s And The Early 1700s Were Formed Becau E
The colonies of the late 1600's and the early 1700's were formed because in England many people were being persecuted because of their religious beliefs. So to get away from the persecution, the people of England wanted to go to a place where everything seemed perfect( because that's what the advertising for America was saying). Where they wouldn't be forced to do or not do(religious celebrations) they didn't want to. So they came to America and settled in the colonies. The Native Americans who had already been there were curious and scared of these new people coming in there land. So at first they didn't know what to do. The Indians being the great people they were helped the colonist out in the new land. They showed them easier and more efficient ways of getting things done. Plus the colonist had indentured slaves so they hardly had to work, it was mostly the Indians. this helped the inexperienced colonists out, making their adjustment to the new world simpler. Basically the coloni st had it made. They asked questions and the Indians answered them. So the better things got the more people came over. So the Indians being the huge help, were inviting them over. So they were thanked by being exiled out. So the colonies began to grow and more colonies started to form. Meaning more an more space was beginning to disappear in the mass ship loads of people coming over. More and more people, less and less land and the original landowners( the Native Americans), were losing their property fast. So eventually they were pushed out into the west until now, there are only a few tribes left. Being the Situation, the social reason is they are losing out of, or lost, the Native Americans cultures and customs, and that would be a major loss. America today was known as a melting pot because we carry so many cultures and customs and mix them together , Would it be right to push one out which is what we almost did to the Indians. The native American culture is very important or should be to America and it's future. The Economical reason is colonist couldn't trade with them or sell to them. The political reason is they( the colonist) wouldn't be able to see their views or insight to help make America better. A situation like this but not in exact form is the way African Americans were treated in the early 1800's. This time the colonist took people from their land( the Africans) instead of taking the land from the people(the Natives). Colonist in America wanted the slaves working for them or gone. Just like the Indians, if they weren't with them ( working for them) they were against them or fighting them. Which both groups did but in different ways. The Indians sometimes bought the battle on themselves or asked for one, the African Americans tried at all cost to avoid it. African Americans just tried resistance, which did not work all the time. n these situations both the groups were forced from their original habitats into new places which must have been a struggle for each group to adapt to, One which still is going on in America today, considering Native Americans make up 3 percent of the US population and African Americans making up 9 percent. These types of exile cannot be repeated for the obvious reasons.

One of the main problems with the merger was the cultural clash between management and work styles. Even thou they had fairly equal number of members of the board of management, the integration efforts lacked between the Americans and the Germans. They clearly had differences in management styles, processes, cultures and work styles, which resulted in an abyss between the two. Other issue encountered was the mocking and thought from Daimler Benz that Chrysler was low quality and poor in technology.This rejection reflected in a tangible manifestation of the growing separation when Daimler refused to offer Chrysler vehicles at their distribution centers for fear of ruining their image. This had been an essential key in planning for Chry sler to enter into the Europe market. Although they were clear that strict guidelines segregated the Daimler and Chrysler brands, synergies were expected from joint administrative functions, market research, vehicle and spare parts logistics, and wholesale operations. With this rejection, this wasnââ¬â¢t happening. They needed to work upon effective communication and overcome their cultural differences. . What went well with the merger? Although this companies underestimated the level of cultural difficulties they had to face in order to be successful, and in 2001 the merger resulted in the biggest lost in German business history, the beginning of the merger was well received by the public.
